INTRODUCTION
There are the blessings of God, parents, and people. But every blessing does not come any how, it has to follow some procedures.

WAYS OF ENJOYING GOD’S BLESSINGS.

1.FOLLOW A BLESSING COMMAND.
Gen 12:1
-ABRAHAM-LEAVE YOUR FAMILY, YOUR PEOPLE AND YOUR COUNTRY SO THAT I BLESS YOU.

-NAAMAN-2 Kings 5:10- GO AND WASH IN JORDAN SEVEN TIMES.

-MAN BORN BLIND-John 9:1-7

-BRING TITHE -MALACHI- 3:10-12

2. FOLLOW THE RIGHT WAYS-
Gen 27 :8-13
eg jacob used a shortcut to get a blessing, and it became a trouble to him, vs. 21-22.

CONSEQUENCES OF JACOB’S DECEIT TO HIS FATHER ISAAC.

1. HE NEVER SAW HIS MOTHER AGAIN.

2. HIS BROTHER ESAU BECAME HIS ENEMY AND THE FOUNDER OF ENEMY NATION.

3. HE WAS ALSO DECEIVED BY HIS UNCLE LABAN ( Gen 29:15-30)

4. HE WAS EXILED FROM HIS FAMILY FOR MANY YEARS.Gen 31.

5. HIS FAMILY EXPERIENCED THE GREATEST RIVALRY.Gen 29:31-30 Gen 29:1-24

3. MIND THE PEOPLE WHO YOU INTERACT WITH
(Psalm 1:1-3, 1 Cor 15:33)

APPLICATION:
For us to enjoy the blessings of God, let’s follow the commands of God fully.
-Avoid unnecessary shortcuts.
-Mind the people who we interact.
