-Name is a set of words by which a person is addressed.
-It is also a personal identity.

WHY OUR NAMES ARE IMPORTANT.
(i) It is written in the book of life. (Rev 20:12-15)

(ii) You were named for a purpose.

(iii) carries your identification.

HOW A PERSON IS NAMED
(i) According to the work that He/She does.

(ii) According to his testimony.

(iii) According to how you answer questions.

APPLICATTIONS
-The name that you were given is very important because it carries your identification.
– Therefore, you should maintain your testimony. Remember, Proverbs 22:1 says that a good name is to be chosen rather than great riches.

CONCLUSION
-It is good to be given good names that match our works and our Christianity. (Ecc 7:1)
